One man, one rig, no call centre.
I'm Russ, a local North Wales lad and the owner-driver behind TTR Recoverys. I set it up for one reason: to get people help quicker than the big breakdown companies.
When you message or call, you get me. I give you the price, I turn up, I load your vehicle and I drop it off. No call centres, no being passed around, no waiting on a contractor you've never heard of.

Broken down on a busy road?
Get off the carriageway and behind the barrier if you can. Hazard lights on, everyone out on the side away from traffic, and wait well back. If you're stuck in a live lane or feel in danger, call 999 first.

Are you really available 24/7?
Yes. Nights, weekends and bank holidays. Breakdowns don't keep office hours, so neither do I. If I'm already out on a job, I'll tell you straight how long I'll be.
What should I tell you when I ring?
Where you are (a WhatsApp location pin is perfect), the vehicle's make, model and reg, what's wrong with it, and where you want it taken. That's all I need to give you a price.
Can you move a car that won't start?
Yes. Non-runners, flat batteries and accident damage are a big part of the job. Let me know if the wheels turn and the steering works, so I bring the right kit.
Do you do planned transport as well as emergencies?
Yes. Bought or sold a vehicle, need one taken to a garage or MOT, or have a trade collection? Book it in and we'll agree a time.
Will you travel outside your area?
My main patch is North Wales, Cheshire, the Wirral and the North West, but longer trips can be arranged. Ring me with the pick-up and drop-off and I'll price it.
